Admission Process at SR College of Nursing:

For those aspiring to embark on a fulfilling journey in nursing education at SR College of Nursing, we have outlined the admission process to help you get started:

1. Application and Prospectus Acquisition: Prospective students can obtain the application form and detailed prospectus from SR College of Nursing, Ulhatu.
2. Completion and Submission of Application: Ensure that you complete the application form accurately and legibly. It should be filled out in your own handwriting. Submit the completed application before the specified deadline.
3. Document Checklist: Along with the application form, you will need to provide the following documents:
   • Matriculation (10th Grade) Mark Sheet and Board Certificates.
   • Intermediate (10+2) Mark Sheet and Board Certificate.
   • Character Certificate.
   • Medical Fitness Certificate.
   • Parish Priest Recommendation Letter (for Christian candidates).
   • Recommendation Letter from the Mukhya (for non-Christian candidates).
4. Additional Requirements for Specific Categories: If you belong to the reserved categories of ST, SC, or OBC, please be prepared to submit additional documents upon admission:
   • Caste Certificate (for reserved category candidates).
   • Income Certificate.
   • Residential Certificate.
   • Medical Fitness Certificate.
   • Original Academic Certificates and Marksheets.
   • Photocopy of Aadhar Card.
5. Final Admission Day Requirements: On the day of admission, it is essential to present all original certificates along with ten (10) passport-size photographs.
